INTRODUCTION ABOUT TRINEUROSOL HP INJECTION TRINEUROSOL HP INJECTION contains Hydroxocobalamin, which belongs to a group of medicines called Vitamin B12. It is used to manage certain types of anaemia, such as Addisonian pernicious anaemia (caused by a decrease in the stomach's ability to absorb vitamin B12), and macrocytic anaemias (due to a lack of vitamin B12). It is also used to manage tobacco amblyopia (vision problems caused by tobacco) and Leber’ optic atrophy (impaired vision and loss of central vision). Symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency are memory loss, depressed mood, a sore mouth, and tongue, tingling sensations, and numbness in the limbs and legs. Your doctor may advise you to take relevant tests to evaluate and monitor your condition. Before using TRINEUROSOL HP INJECTION inform your doctor if you have megaloblastic anaemia (known by enlarged red blood cells). TRINEUROSOL HP INJECTION is generally not recommended for use by pregnant women to manage megaloblastic anaemia unless you also have a vitamin B12 deficiency. TRINEUROSOL HP INJECTION should be used with caution in breastfeeding women. The most common side effects of receiving TRINEUROSOL HP INJECTION are pain, swelling or itchy skin at the injection site, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, headache, feeling dizzy, hot flushes, etc. Contact your doctor if any of your symptoms get worse or persist.
